comfortable sheetheated towel rail
The location is great. It is close to Marble Arch and Hyde Park. The sheets were unbelievably comfortable. Facilities include a real heated towel rail.
The heating and air conditioning sounded like an old tractor.

the breakfast was amazing and served until 3pm which i found very convenient. the staff were friendly and cute. the location was perfect for my short stay before christmas i just wish i had more time to relax in the hotel
the heating and air conditioning made a loud noise like an old tractor, hard to rest.

the turmeric lattes at breakfast were a good start to each day, alongside the ginger shots.. the room's cleanliness was perfect, with crisp, white bed linen and soft, fluffy towels. the fridge had a welcome stock of refreshments, along with a selection of snacks.
The in-room lighting could use some improvement. Using the full-length mirror or heating controls required my phone's torch.

The location provided easy access to various shops and restaurants. breakfast included a varied menu. The handsome waiter informed me i could select two items. the room had a lovely shower. It was clean.
The bar did not accept cash. I found this quite inconvenient.
